Between 1987 and
early 1998, the Lindwalls conducted a sole proprietorship under
the name "Lindwall Releasing Workshops." They moved
to Hot Springs, Arkansas, in 1993, which remains their current
headquarters. The Internal Revenue Service granted The Lindwall
Foundation, Inc. the 501(c) (3) tax-exempt status as a nonprofit,
publicly supported organization as of February 27, 1998. Tax-exempt
status allows grantors and private individuals to provide monetary
support to carry forward the Lindwall Releasing work.
